Stress-Management Coaching is unique in that it provides you with an extraordinary level of personal support and encouragement.

Like all forms of coaching, stress-management coaching is founded on the premise that the past need not equate to the future. But unlike counselling, stress management coaching is not about de-constructing the problem but rather about constructing the solution. It is a highly solution focused process with far more emphasis on where the you want to ‘go to’ than on where you have ‘come from’.

An additional benefit is that you discover how to get to the very heart of the issues which are causing you stress in your life. Rather than simply ‘managing stress’ or teaching a range of coping mechanisms, coaching helps you to discover permanent solutions.
